The fitness, study spaces, meeting rooms, movie room and lounges are all included in the price! The only facility that is not included is the launderette. Furthermore, high speed internet is included in your studio and there is a roaming network in the building, included in the service charges.
The fitness will be open 24/7!
The service charges include Internet, furniture, caretaker, window washing, cleaning of shared spaces, glass insurance, landscaping, elevator 24/7 service and heating/water/electricity in shared spaces. This is an advance payment and will be settled after each year based on actual usage and consumption.

Yes! Parking spots are available upon availability at EUR 50,00 per month
Unfortunately there are no pets allowed in the building

The deposit equals the value of one month rent and service charges
Yes, it sure is! Please note the beds in the furniture package are 140*200 cm.
You are allowed to move furniture around and add furniture during your lease, however it is not allowed to remove/ change any (fixed) furniture or drill in the walls
